Can I join LUX remotely?
Yes! While most meetings are planned to revolve around in-person activities, you are able to join us virtually through bit.ly/luxmeeting. Additionally, some productions may have roles where working remotely will work well.
How can I be a part of a production?
Every quarter, members pitch quarterly scripts they’d like to become sponsored projects. Once members vote on their favorites, anyone who signs up for a quarterly crew will be assigned to one automatically (but reach out to the directors if you are dying for a specific role on their film!) The same goes for independent scripts; they are usually pitched at the beginning of each quarter, but can be presented at anytime given they do not follow the same guidelines as quarterlies. In short, make to sure to attend pitch meetings and sign up for a crew/cast spot!
